Sourdoughs
Sizes range from 1¼ to 1¾ lbs., depending on variety. Prices start at $4.00.
San Francisco-style -- Crispy crusted, mildly tangy round loaf. Try it to make wonderful grilled sandwiches.
Cracked Wheat -- Same sourdough base as the San Francisco-style, but with whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, molasses and honey, and cracked wheat.
Raisin-Walnut -- This is a non-fat, very lightly sweetened version of our regular raisin-walnut. The sourdough starter makes a moist crumb and the sweetness of the raisins really comes through.
Rye -- A dense, tangy round loaf well suited to pairing with assertive meats, cheeses or jams. Special order.
