Lefse

I guess you don't have to be a Norwegian to bake lefse, but it

sure can't hurt!  Ask around.  We make fantastic lefse, at least

in part because we use real potatoes, cream and butter.  No dried

potato flakes here. Freezes beautifully.

Available seasonally (November and December) or by special order.

$6.00/6 pieces (each piece approximately 10-12" round)

Can be shipped, but order early!

Look for Anna & Molly's Lefse in the freezer

at Cleaver's (in The Bridges at 57th, Sioux Falls, SD)

during the holidays (November-December)
