FARMSTEAD CHEESE means that the cheese is made from
the milk of the animals on the property. Our small herd of goats
gives us the milk for our fresh chèvre, feta, crottins, St. Maure and
others. We are licensed by the state of South Dakota to sell raw
goat milk. If you are interested in
purchasing raw milk please e-mail
or call 605-651-3624. Milk is generally available from April through
October, priced at $4/half gallon or $7/gallon, plus a one-time $2 jar
deposit. We plan to be licensed to sell cheese in the summer of
